Fees for Credit Offerings with Off-campus Experiences

The Fayetteville campus complies with the Board Policy 520.4 approval process for fees related to credit offerings with off-campus experiences, including domestic and international travel. These program specific fees must be directly related to the nature and cost of the off-campus experience and are above and beyond Board of Trustee approved course fees.

Type Submission Steps Deadline
Domestic Step 1) Submit request to the appropriate Dean or Vice Chancellor

Step 2) The Dean or Vice Chancellor will submit requests to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration
Due to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at least 60 days prior to the first day of priority registration 
International Step 1) Submit request to the appropriate Dean or Vice Chancellor

Step 2) The Dean or Vice Chancellor will submit requests to the Office of Study Abroad

Step 3) The office of Study Abroad will submit requests to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration
Specific deadlines per programs are established by the Office of Study Abroad. Due to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration no later than 60 days prior to the first day of priority registration

 
The Priority Registration Appointment Schedule is published by the Office of the Registrar.
