University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. By-Laws

The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. was established May 22, 1980, with the objective of advancing higher education through the procurement of private financial support for the University of Arkansas.

The By-Laws of the corporation may be found in hard copy in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration or the University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc.
