National Development Council By-Laws

The following are the National Development Council By-laws:

The name of the organization shall be "The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Development Council" (hereinafter referred to as Council) which is a subsidiary of the University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Foundation). The Council shall have no stockholders but it shall have members who meet the requirements established by its Board of Directors.

ARTICLE II - LOCATION

The principal office of the Development Council shall be the Office of Development located on the Fayetteville campus of the University of Arkansas in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

(The remainder of the by-laws are located in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement).
