Investment Policy

The investment policy for the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is directed by University of Arkansas Board Resolution dated February 28, 1997. The text of this resolution is as follows:

RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS THAT revisions to the Statement of Investment Policy approved by the Board on February 28, 1997 as presented to the Board at its meeting on November 6, 1998 shall be, and hereby are, approved; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Statement of Investment Policy as revised shall be kept on file in the office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Investment Committee established by Board Policy 315.1 shall have the authority to further modify the Statement of Investment Policy provided that such modification is approved by the President after consultation with the Chairman of the Board and provided further that such modification is reported to the Board at the next regular meeting following such modification. Any further modifications to the Statement of Investment Policy shall be kept on file in the office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration.
