It is the policy of the University of Arkansas (University) to provide equal access and opportunity to Qualified Employees in compliance with the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. Fayetteville Policies and Procedures 203.2 (June 27, 2023), Pregnancy, Childbirth, or Related Medical Conditions – Employment Accommodations (FPP 203.2) addresses the University’s obligations under federal law to provide reasonable accommodations for employees and applicants affected by pregnancy, childbirth, or pregnancy-related conditions.
